2. Scope of Consulting Services
- Strategic Planning: All consultancy deliverables are based on mutual data transparency.
- Process Optimization: Implementation depends on client institutional cooperation.
3. Payment and Fees
Fees for consulting services, leadership development programs, and organizational efficiency audits are structured as per individual service agreements. All invoices must be settled within 15 business days of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
While ChronoSynergy applies rigorous strategic methodologies, business outcomes remain subject to market variables. ChronoSynergy shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of advised strategies.
5. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written 30-day notice. ChronoSynergy reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-compliance with the professional conduct standards outlined in our engagement brief.
